The secret to America's "First Dog" is revealed: The family of U.S. President Barack Obama gets a new member - it's a Portuguese water dog. Bo is a gift from Senator Edward Kennedy as the "Washington Post" reported. Both President daughters Sasha and Malia had a dog eagerly desired.
The black and white beauty is six months old and is named "Bo". The four-legged friend took part in a "secret visit" to the White House, which has to show, whether he is suitable for the presidential family. But Bo had already conquered the heart of Barack Obama and his family after a few minutes.
He obeys the President, follows him across the room, complies with most commands and he's already house-trained.
